HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Two people were hurt in a drive-by shooting, and another was pistol-whipped in the Acres Home neighborhood overnight, according to police.

A lieutenant with the Houston Police Department said the shooting happened on Fair Street just before 10 p.m. on Tuesday.

That's where police said they found one person shot in the leg and hand, and another who was grazed in the neck.

Investigators said four suspects allegedly drove up in a black Bronco and started shooting at the victims before taking off.

At one point, police said the suspects were able to get out of the vehicle and pistol-whip the third victim. They're all expected to be OK, the lieutenant added.

HPD said the suspects were gone by the time police arrived.

The motive for the shooting is unclear, and authorities have not released any information on the suspects.
